Stacy received a B.E.S. degree from the University of Minnesota and an M.S. degree from UW-Stout. He has been the President and CEO of Reach, Inc. since 1987. Stacy has been President of the National Association for Rehabilitation Leadership and the Wisconsin Rehabilitation Association. He served on the Governor’s Interagency Coordinating Council for 13 years, some of that time as Acting Chair and Vice Chair. Stacy is a member of The Reach Foundation Board of Directors, the Direct Service Provider Network (DSPN) Board of Directors, the Colfax Health Rehabilitation Center Board of Directors, and the U.S. Bank Advisory Board.
From 2006 to 2013 Stacy served on the Menomonie Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and served as its’ President in 2012. Stacy also served on the state’s Long Term Managed Care and Employment Task Force. He is a graduate of the Leadership Eau Claire class of 2000, and is a member of the National Rehabilitation Association and of APSE.
Jim grew up on a small town in upstate New York. He attended college at Norwich University, Vermont, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biology and was commissioned a lieutenant in the United States Army. The next 21 years he traveled around the world, in numerous Army assignments. His overseas assignments included Panama, Germany and Korea. His last assignment was as an instructor at the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. While in the Army, he earned his Master’s Degree in Management from Florida Institute of Technology. After retiring from the Army at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Jim moved to Wisconsin with his family and settled down in Chippewa Falls. Jim worked at United Healthcare as a Compliance Trainer. He then began working with CEVA (TNT) Logistics in Menomonie, WI as an Operations Manager, then Safety & Training Manager and eventually as Human Resource Manager. He has also taught at Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) as an Adjunct Instructor. Jim has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2007. Jim is married and has two grown daughters. He enjoys running, cross country skiing and gardening in his free time.

Adrian graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a BA double major in Public Relations and Political Science in 2004. Adrian worked for 10 years in the mental health field, working at both the Eau Claire Academy and Eau Claire Day Treatment. Since July of 2009, Adrian has been a financial literacy specialist and HUD certified housing counselor at Western Dairyland. Adrian was a small business owner in 2004 and also was an advertising sales executive. Adrian graduated from the Wisconsin School for the Visually Handicapped (now the Wisconsin School for the Blind and Visually Impaired) in 1992. He moved to Eau Claire for college and was very pleased to stay upon graduation. He is a local performer, singing in local bands for the last 19 years and has performed in local theatre.
Anne Woolever is the Program Director for REACH, Inc., Adult Programs. Locations include Adult Program-EC, Adult Program-Menomonie, Helen’s House and Selma House. Anne is responsible for program development and implementation, staff development, medical and behavioral counseling, outreach and advocacy. Anne also provides Work Incentive Benefits counseling to individuals exploring employment with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. Anne received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UW-LaCrosse, WIBS certification from Employment Resources, Inc., and has a background in mediation and at risk youth. Anne lives in Elk Mound with her husband and 3 kids. They enjoy outdoor activities, traveling and cheering on the Badgers and Packers!
Penny has her Associates Degree in Child Development and her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Management. She has over 16 years of childcare experience in 7 different states. She has traveled around the country, supporting our military troops as a military wife and an active member in the Veteran's of Foreign Wars organization. She is a firm believer that through quality education, training and a continuous evaluation / improvement process system, a solid child care system can be built that children can thrive in and parents can trust.
Tammy King has been with REACH, Inc. for 16 years in the Supported Employment Services program. She has worked as an Employment Specialist, the Assistant Director and Assistive Technology Specialist, and now as the Program Director. She has a B.S. Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, a Certificate in Gerontology and earned the National Credential of Certified Employment Support Professional. Tammy has had diverse experience working with people with disabilities. She has done supported employment work in Dunn, Pepin, Chippewa, Pierce, Buffalo, and Eau Claire counties. She currently oversees the operations for the Supported Employment Services offices in both Eau Claire and Dunn counties. She has also worked for a prevocational center, a specialized transportation company, and supports people with mental health concerns in the community. Tammy is also involved in many volunteer and fund-raising efforts throughout her community. She has been a Board Member for WI APSE through 2014 and was a Co-President to the Board for three years.
